At Green Zenergy, we believe that strong teams are built not only in the office, but also through shared experiences—and what better way to kick off our FY25/26 Quarter 2 bonding activity than with an exhilarating dragon boat challenge?
On 27 September 2025, our team gathered bright and early at the Water Sport Center for a morning filled with energy, laughter, and teamwork. As we stepped into the boats, paddles in hand, it quickly became clear that dragon boating is more than just a sport—it’s a true test of coordination, communication, and unity.
💪 One Team, One Rhythm
From the first paddle stroke, everyone had to move in sync. It didn’t matter which department we came from—Sales, Projects, Tender, or Support—we were all in the same boat, quite literally. The key to moving forward wasn’t individual strength, but collective rhythm.
There were moments of splashing, cheering, and even a bit of “out-of-sync chaos” at the start—but that’s what made it fun. As the session went on, teams began to find their flow, paddling stronger and smoother together.
🌊 Beyond the Race
While the friendly competition added excitement, the real win was the bonding that happened along the way. Teammates encouraged one another, laughed through the challenges, and celebrated every small improvement.
It was refreshing to see colleagues outside of the usual work setting—breaking barriers, building connections, and creating memories together.
